To get started, simply choose the specific week you wish to reserve on our calendar and complete the required fields along with the rental agreement, as prompted. Please follow payment instructions on the rental agreement.
While waiting for your payment to arrive, the dates you’ve chosen will show as “pending” on the calendar.
When payment has been received, owners will confirm receipt and your chosen dates will appear as “booked” on the calendar.
Minimum of one week stay.
4:00 PM check in. 10:00 AM check out.

3 Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 standard Twin
Bathrooms: 2 full + 1 half + 1 outside shower
50% rent due at booking. (This holds your reservation.)
The outstanding balance & cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to your arrival date**.

** Owners reserve the right to cancel a reservation for nonpayment and/or noncompliance w/rental agreement.
Every effort will be made to contact you, our potential tenant(s), prior to taking action.
Cancellation policy
Prompt communication is rewarded:
If cancelling more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, then 100% of your prepaid rent and/or fees will be refunded to you.
If cancelling within 30 day window of your scheduled arrival date, then only the cleaning fee and 50% of the total rent will be refunded to you.
In the event of an Evacuation Order
Please comply immediately with any local evacuation order. Only in the event of a mandatory evacuation order for Oak Island residents will the rent be prorated/refunded for the remaining, unused portion of your stay. If an evacuation order for the island is issued immediately prior to your arrival, owners will contact you and a full refund will be granted.
